Guarantee

      It is unusual for our products to have faults due to their high-quality materials, craftsmanship and the strict quality control before shipping.

     Taso Larimar will repair/refund/exchange/replace any products proven to be faulty due to manufacturing within 30 days after the date of purchase with proof of original sales receipt.


Guarantee Detail

     If the item in question is proven to be defective, we will offer a repair / replacement / refund / store credit of our choice depending on the fault. This guarantee does not cover metal tarnishing or scratches as a result of normal wear nor any damage caused by the customer. Having your jewelry resized, altered, or repaired by another jeweler voids the Romeo Delauris guarantee.

Out of Guarantee Repairs

      Any claim after the 30-day period is not covered by our guarantee, but we will do our best to supply an affordable and fair solution to repair the item in question or even replate its metal. All costs associated with this type of repair will be borne by the customer.
